![]() ![]() As somebody who has never previously had the will power to do something like this below are some of the benefits I have experienced in the last 19 days. I wouldn't say that I'm a really heavy drinker but I would certainly drink 4 days a week. So I decided to give it a go and I have to admit that it's been really incredible (so far). I've got to admit that in the last 18 years my longest run has probably only been 2 weeks.
